We did some light writing in the studio as well as some multiple exposure shots and long exposures.
These are the first multiple exposure shots we did, we were just getting used to the lighting and how fast the subject needed to move.
Once we got used to everything we were able to enjoy ourselves. We jumped around and messed about and tryed to capture the fun element in our images! I realy enjoyed doing these because we could create all sorts of situations and the results always looked great. We had a go at light writing, we did this by allowing for a very long exposure time, long enough for someone to draw and write with a light!
This was my first ever attempt at ligtht writing and as you can see, I'm pretty rubbish at it. I rushed it not knowing how long I'd have to complete it and I kept on forgetting to turn the light off when moving onto the next letter.
We then took some photos of people with light drawings. They are shown below:
The photo on the left is supposed to look like the girl is shouting but I was the one drawing the speech and speech bubble so thats why it doesn't quite look how it should! Even though my speech doesn't fit in my speech bubble I still like this photo and still think it looks like she's shouting, this is down to her posture. The photo above is me with a cheese grater on my head, enough said. I enjoyed doing these photos because we could be very creative and mix super natural with natural, we could create impossible situations. It felt like we were mixing make believe with real life.
